Appointments 
                                                              
 To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please know that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient in a timely manner. For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available for established clients, please call ahead to make sure time allows for drop offs that day. When dropping off pet we will set up a pick up appointment time for the doctor to come in to discuss diagnosis and give discharge instructions or he will call you during the day after he has finished your pets exam. We prefer new patients set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Norris and address any issues or concerns regarding your pet in person for the first time. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require all drop off pets to be current on vaccinations.
                  
                     
Patient Arrival 

For your protection as well as others, all dogs must be kept on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. We prefer cats be brought in carriers . We make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, but some pets may feel uneasy being in new surroundings. 


Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept  American Express, Discover MasterCard, and Visa and Cash.
